Because every item in our store is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your size and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges for Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a printing defect or production error, we’re happy to make it right with an exchange.

To request an exchange:

1. Take a clear photo of the defect or printing issue.

2. Email the photo and your order number to msandoval@ambitenergy.com within 7 days of delivery.

3. Once reviewed, we’ll provide next steps to get your replacement item printed and shipped at no additional cost.
